Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level

Bearing – inspect for wear and lubricate
Inspect indoor coil
Condensate Drain – flush and treat with anti-algae
Inspect Condenser Coil
Refrigerant – monitor operating pressures

Oil Burner
Inspection List:

Check the overall condition of the furnace or boiler

Clean the heat exchanger

Remove and clean the flue pipe and base of the chimney

Reinstall the flue pipe and seal the joint at thimble

Seal any clean-out doors

Service the oil burner

Replace the nozzle

Inspect the end cone
-
Clean and inspect electrodes for cracks and wear

Replace the oil filter and gasket; oil the gasket with lubricating oil

Clean and replace the fuel pump strainer and gasket (if applicable)

Clean and inspect the cad cell

Check all wiring and tighten all connections

Oil the motor

Clean the oil burner fan

Start up the burner and check the operation

Check pump pressure and vacuum readings

Check safety controls, limits, etc.
